Documents Required for NEET 2026 Online Application: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official notification and started the online registration from 8th February 2026, and it will continue until 8th March 2026 (up to 9:00 PM) on the official portal.
Filling the NEET (UG) 2026 application form requires candidates to upload several scanned documents and images in specific formats and sizes. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has clearly mentioned that the entire process is online, and no document needs to be sent physically.
However, incorrect or unclear uploads can lead to rejection of the application. As per the NEET (UG) 2026 Information Bulletin, candidates must keep all required documents ready before starting the form to avoid mistakes during upload.

NTA strictly warns that unclear photographs, signatures, or wrong uploads may lead to rejection and can be treated as unfair means.
Important Points to Remember

The same photograph will be used for admit card, exam attendance sheet, and counselling.

Aadhaar is recommended to avoid extra verification documents.

No correction facility is given for photograph, signature, and finger impressions.

Keep a printed copy of the Confirmation Page of the online application form.

Preserve proof of fee payment (bank transaction details) along with the confirmation page.

Keep 4–6 identical passport-size photographs and 4–6 postcard-size photographs used during the application.

Retain a copy of the system-generated Self Declaration (for candidates from the UT of Jammu & Kashmir who opted for 15% All India Quota seats).
