Step 1: Visit the official NEET website.

Step 2: Click on the link titled 'NEET UG Re-Exam 2026 Admit Card' on the homepage.

Step 3: Enter your Application Number, Date of Birth, and Security Pin in the login window.

Step 4: Click on the Submit/Login button.

Step 5: The NEET UG Re-Exam 2026 admit card will appear on the screen.

Step 6: Download the admit card and take at least two printouts for exam day and future reference.

NTA has clarified that candidates do not need to verify their bank account details immediately to access the admit card.
