If a candidate forgets their registration number, they can retrieve it by following these steps:
Go to the official website – neet.nta.nic.in.
Click on “Forgot Registration Number”.
Enter the following details:

The registration number will be displayed on the screen.
Copy the number and use it to download your admit card.
On the day of the NEET 2026 exam, candidates must carry the following documents:
Passport-size photograph (same as on the application form)
Valid ID proof – PAN card, driving licence, voter ID, passport, Aadhaar card, ration card, or any other government-approved ID
PwD certificate (if applicable)
Admit card of NEET 2026 with a postcard-size photo affixed to it
Without these documents, entry to the exam hall will not be permitted.
