The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Top 20 Female Toppers List along with the Re-NEET UG 2026 Results, highlighting the outstanding performance of women candidates in one of India's toughest entrance examinations.

Leading the list is Kudale Shravani Krishna from Maharashtra, who secured an impressive All India Rank (AIR) 5 with a 99.99965 percentile, making her the highest-ranked female candidate in Re-NEET UG 2026. The overall examination was jointly topped by Aryan Gupta (Punjab) and Panshul Bansal (Haryana) with 715 marks out of 720. More than 58% of the qualified candidates this year are women, underlining their strong representation among successful aspirants.

Maharashtra Leads the Girls' Merit List

Kudale Shravani Krishna emerged as the highest-ranked female candidate in India by securing AIR 5. Her achievement also makes Maharashtra the home of the highest-ranked girl in Re-NEET UG 2026.

Bihar's Riya Ranjan followed closely with AIR 6, while Mansha Garg from Haryana completed the top three female performers with AIR 17.

Haryana, Tamil Nadu and Delhi Shine

The Top 20 list reflects the geographical diversity of this year's merit list.

Haryana and Tamil Nadu each have three students in the Top 20 female merit list, reflecting their consistent performance in NEET UG.

General Category Dominates the Merit List

Among the Top 20 female toppers:

• 16 candidates belong to the General category.

• 4 candidates belong to the OBC-NCL category.

The list showcases outstanding performances across both unreserved and reserved categories.

Women Continue to Dominate NEET UG 2026

The release of the female toppers list complements another important trend from this year's results.

According to NTA:

• More than 58% of all qualified candidates are women.

• Female candidates recorded a 56.8% qualification rate, higher than the 55.1% qualification rate among male candidates. (The Economic Times)
