The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the official State Toppers List for Re-NEET UG 2026, recognising the highest-performing candidates from every State and Union Territory. The list reflects the geographical diversity of India's largest medical entrance examination, with toppers emerging from across the country.

The state-wise merit list is led by Aryan Gupta from Punjab (AIR 1), followed by Panshul Bansal from Haryana (AIR 2) and Uplakshya Goyal from Rajasthan (AIR 3). Among female candidates, Kudale Shravani Krishna from Maharashtra emerged as the highest-ranked girl in the country with AIR 5, while Riya Ranjan from Bihar secured AIR 6.

The official list also highlights impressive performances from candidates belonging to remote regions such as Ladakh, Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Mizoram, Meghalaya and Nagaland, demonstrating the nationwide reach of NEET UG.
