
NEET UG application correction window 2026 has been opened by the National Testing Agency. Candidates are advised to carefully review and correct their application details within the given deadline as no further correction opportunity will be provided.

During the correction window, candidates can modify specific details in their application form. However, some edits are limited and allowed only once.
Candidates can edit the following fields:

Father’s Name, Qualification and Occupation OR
Mother’s Name, Qualification and Occupation
Candidates can change or add any or all of these fields:
Educational qualification details (Class X and Class XII)
State/UT from where Class 12 or equivalent is passed/appearing

Signature
Number of attempts in NEET (UG)
Candidates can change the following fields based on permanent and present address:
Examination city selection
Medium of examination
Candidates can change identity details (only for those who registered using identity proof other than Aadhaar).
Certain details in the NEET UG 2026 application form cannot be changed during the correction window.
Once corrections are submitted, the application form will be frozen.
Only one-time correction is allowed during the correction period.
If any change affects the application fee, additional fee payment will be required.
