NEET UG Provisional Answer Key 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the NEET UG Provisional Answer Key 2026 on its official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates who appeared for the NEET UG 2026 examination can now download the answer key PDF according to their question paper code and calculate their expected scores before the final result announcement.

This year, the NEET UG 2026 exam was conducted on May 3, 2026, in offline mode across examination centres throughout India. With the release of the provisional answer key, students can now cross-check their responses and estimate their performance in the medical entrance examination.

The NTA has uploaded separate answer keys for multiple paper codes including Code 11, Code 12, Code 13, and Code 14.

NEET UG 2026 Marking Scheme

The official marking scheme followed in NEET UG 2026 is:

  • +4 marks for every correct answer

  • -1 mark for every incorrect answer

  • 0 marks for unanswered questions

  • Objections can be submitted only online

  • Candidates must pay ₹200 per challenged question

  • The fee is non-refundable

  • Challenges without supporting proof may not be accepted

  • Final answer key will be released after review of objections
