Ahead of the NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has reminded candidates about the important documents and guidelines they need to follow on exam day. In a post shared on X (formerly Twitter), the agency urged aspirants to reach their examination centres on time, carry the required documents and focus on performing their best.
The advisory comes a day before the NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination, which is scheduled to be conducted on June 21 in pen-and-paper mode across examination centres in India and abroad.
NTA has advised candidates to keep the following documents ready before leaving for the examination centre:

One valid original photo identity proof
Two passport-size photographs
Candidates have been asked to ensure that all documents are in order to avoid any inconvenience during verification and entry procedures.
According to the exam-day instructions shared by the agency, candidates should report to their examination centres between 11:00 AM and 1:30 PM.
NTA has also reiterated that the entry gates will close sharply at 1:30 PM, and candidates arriving after the deadline will not be permitted to enter the examination centre under any circumstances.
The agency has reminded candidates not to bring prohibited items to the examination centre. The following items are not allowed inside the exam hall:
Mobile phones
Watches and smart devices
Wallets
Food packets
Candidates will be subjected to mandatory security checks before being allowed to enter the examination premises.
In its message on X, the National Testing Agency encouraged candidates to arrive on time, follow all examination instructions and concentrate on giving their best performance.
The agency's advisory reads: "On exam day, please remember to carry your Admit Card, a valid Photo ID and two passport-size photographs. Arrive on time, follow the guidelines and focus on giving your best."
