NTA Launches Portal to Report Fake Claims Ahead of NEET UG 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, has introduced a specialized platform. This initiative addresses and prevents fraudulent activities related to the NEET (UG)-2026 examination. The platform enables the reporting of various suspicious claims. This ensures the integrity, transparency, and fairness of public examinations. The NEET (UG)-2026 examination is scheduled for June 21, 2026.
The NTA has initiated a dedicated reporting mechanism. This allows candidates, parents, coaching centres, and the general public to report suspicious claims, unauthorised materials, or fraudulent actions concerning the NEET (UG)-2026 examination. This portal is a key component of the NEET 2026 anti-cheating measures.
The platform is designed to receive reports on the following types of issues:
Unauthorised websites, social media pages, or messaging channels claiming access to the NEET (UG) 2026 question paper or answer key.
Individuals or groups offering examination content, leaked papers, or guaranteed results in exchange for payment or other benefits.
Persons posing as NTA officials, examination staff, or government representatives.
Any other activity or content intended to mislead, defraud, or cause panic among candidates and their families.
This effort reinforces the NTA's dedication to ensuring the integrity, transparency, and fairness of public examinations. The MyGov website highlights three main categories for flagging suspicious claims: websites/social media accounts claiming paper access, individuals claiming access to exam content, and impersonation of NTA/Government officials. This initiative aligns with 'The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024,' which aims to prevent unfair practices and promote fair conduct in public examinations.
Reports may be submitted through the dedicated portal available at:
https://innovateindia.mygov.in/neet-ug-2026/
Alternatively, such information may also be shared through the official NTA websites, namely https://www.nta.ac.in/ and neet.nta.nic.in.
