Candidates can follow these steps to access their scorecard through the official login portal once the result is declared:

Locate the "Candidate Activity" section on the homepage
Click on the link labelled "NEET-UG 2026 Result"

Candidates who qualify in the NEET (UG) 2026 Re-Examination become eligible to register for counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for 15% AIQ seats, along with respective state authorities for 85% state quota seats. Registered candidates fill and lock their preferences, and seat allotment is based on rank, choices filled, seat availability, and reservation norms. NTA does not entertain requests for re-evaluation or rechecking of the NEET result once it is declared, as the result is prepared strictly as per the final answer key.
