As per the official schedule, NEET UG 2025 will be held on May 4, 2025, with a total exam duration of 180 minutes (3 hours), from 02:00 PM to 05:00 PM (IST).

The exam will be conducted in 13 languages, including Assamese, Bengali, English, Gujarati, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.

The application fee varies based on category: General candidates need to pay Rs. 1700, while OBC and EWS candidates have a fee of Rs. 1600. For SC, ST, and PwD applicants, the fee is Rs. 1000, whereas students applying from abroad are required to pay Rs. 9500.

  • Scanned Photograph (Both Sizes): For the NEET photo size requirement, the scanned photograph should be recent, taken within the last 3 months. It should clearly show the candidate’s face with the candidate’s name and date printed below the photograph. The required photo size is between 10 KB to 200 KB, and the dimensions should be 4"x6".

  • Scanned Signature: The signature must be done using black ink on a white background. Size & Format: 4 KB to 30 KB, JPG/JPEG.

  • Scan of finger and Thumb Impression: The size of scanned Left and Right-hand Fingers and Thumb impressions should be between 10 kb to 200 kb.

  • Class 10 Passing Certificate: A scanned copy of the Class 10 Pass Certificate is required. Size & Format: 50 KB to 300 KB, PDF.

  • Permanent and Present Address Proof: Scanned copies of documents proving permanent and present address must be uploaded. Size & Format: 50 KB to 300 KB, PDF.

  • Citizenship Certificate or Embassy Certificate: A Citizenship Certificate or Embassy Certificate is required to verify the candidate’s nationality. Size & Format: 50 KB to 300 KB, PDF.

  • PwD Certificate: The size of the scanned copy of the PwD/PwBD certificate/UDID (Swavlamban) card with both sides in the same pdf should be between 50 kb to 300 kb (clearly legible), wherever applicable.
