  • Choose four exam city preferences.

  • Select the exam language.

Step 3: Upload Scanned Documents

Photos must be clear, recent, and taken against a light background. Upload the files in the correct format:

  • Passport-size photograph (JPG, 10–200 KB)

  • Signature (JPG, 4–30 KB)

  • Class 10 certificate (PDF, 50–300 KB)

  • Category or PwD certificate, if needed (PDF)

Step 4: Pay the Application Fee

Pay using:

  • Debit/Credit Card

  • Net Banking

  • UPI

  • E-wallets

Step 5: Download the Confirmation Page

  • Save the confirmation page as a PDF.

  • Keep multiple copies for future use.

The NEET Application Form 2026 process ends only when the confirmation page is downloaded.
