Re-NEET 2026 Toppers: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the Re-NEET UG 2026 toppers list along with the declaration of results on 16 July 2026. This year, Aryan Gupta as the top performers in the examination.
The latest topper data highlights the exceptional performances of candidates who stood out among nearly 20 lakh aspirants who appeared for the medical entrance test.
The National Testing Agency confirmed that two candidates shared the top position this year. Both secured identical scores and emerged as the highest scorers in the country.

The achievement is significant considering the intense competition among nearly 20 lakh aspirants.
Both candidates have now become strong contenders for admission to top medical institutions, including AIIMS and premier government medical colleges across India.
The highest score obtained in Re-NEET UG 2026 was 715 marks out of 720. A score above 700 is considered exceptional in the NEET examination, as it requires near-perfect accuracy across Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
This year, only 19 candidates managed to score above 700 marks, highlighting the difficulty level and competitiveness of the examination. Moreover, 138 candidates scored above 690 marks, making the race for top medical colleges extremely intense.
Scoring 715 marks indicates that the AIR 1 holders made very few mistakes in the examination and maintained remarkable consistency throughout the paper.
The two Re-NEET 2026 toppers belong to the northern states of India.

The geographical spread of top performers demonstrates that talent emerged from different parts of the country. According to NTA data, the top 138 rankers came from 66 cities across India, while the top 17 candidates scoring above 705 marks represented eight different states.
This wide representation shows the increasing competitiveness of medical entrance examinations and the growing access to quality preparation opportunities across India.
