AIBE Answer Key 2026 Objection Window Open: The Bar Council of India (BCI) has activated the objection facility for the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) XXI 2026 after releasing the provisional answer key on its official portal. Candidates who appeared for the examination can now evaluate their performance and challenge any answer they believe is incorrect. The AIBE 21 examination was conducted on 7 June 2026 across multiple test centres in India for law graduates seeking the Certificate of Practice.
The objection window gives candidates an opportunity to ensure transparency in the evaluation process before the final answer key is published.
The provisional answer key contains the officially suggested answers to all questions asked in the examination. Candidates can compare their responses with the answer key to estimate their qualifying status before the declaration of results. The Bar Council of India will examine all objections received and make necessary corrections, if required, before publishing the final answer key.
Candidates can follow these steps to access the provisional answer key:
Visit the official AIBE portal.
Click on the AIBE 21 Answer Key 2026 link available on the homepage.
Log in using the required credentials, if prompted.
Download the provisional answer key PDF.
Compare your responses with the official answers.
Save a copy for future reference.

Once the challenge window closes, subject experts will review all submitted objections. If any challenge is found valid, the answer key will be revised accordingly. The final answer key will then be published and used for preparing the AIBE 21 result.
The final answer key is considered binding, and the result will be prepared on its basis.
Candidates must secure the minimum qualifying marks prescribed by the Bar Council of India:
| Category | Minimum Qualifying Marks |
| General/OBC | 45% |
| SC/ST | 40% |
Candidates who meet the qualifying criteria will become eligible for the Certificate of Practice (CoP), which is mandatory for practicing law in India.
After the release of the final answer key, the Bar Council of India will announce the AIBE 21 Result 2026 on the official website. Candidates will be able to check their results online using their login credentials. The result will indicate whether the candidate has qualified for the Certificate of Practice.
