Category 1: Award of JRF and appointment as Assistant Professor.
Category 2: Appointment as Assistant Professor and admission to Ph.D.
Category 3: Admission to Ph.D. only.

Follow these verified steps to retrieve your e-certificate from the NTA portal:
Visit the Official Portal: Navigate to csirnet.nta.nic.in.
Locate the Link: Scroll to the bottom of the homepage or check the "Candidate Activity" section for "Download E-Certificate for Joint CSIR – UGC NET Dec – 2025".
Authentication: You will be redirected to a login page. Enter your Application Number and Password (or Date of Birth).
Security Pin: Type in the Captcha/Security Pin as shown on the screen.
View & Download: Once logged in, your certificate will be displayed. Click on the 'Download' icon to save it as a PDF.
Print: It is highly recommended to take a high-quality color printout for your physical portfolio.
