HAL Junior Executive Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates must meet the official eligibility conditions regarding age limit and educational qualifications as specified in the recruitment advertisement.

Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a regular or full-time degree in Engineering or Technology from recognized universities or institutes under the 10+2+4 system or the 10+3+3 system for lateral entry in the respective disciplines.

Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation is 3 years for OBC (NCL), 5 years for SC/ST, 10 years for PwBD, 5 years for Jammu & Kashmir domicile candidates, and up to 5 years for Ex-Servicemen. The maximum age after relaxation is 56 years for PwBD candidates and 55 years for others.
