How to Fill IIT JAM 2027 Application Form

Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria can submit the IIT JAM 2027 application form online through the JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS). The registration process has started from September 12, 2026, and candidates can submit their applications until October 12, 2026.

4. Log in: Use the registered credentials to log in to the JAM 2027 application portal.
5. Fill in personal details: Enter your name, date of birth and other personal information as mentioned in your official documents.
6. Enter academic details: Provide details of your undergraduate degree, college/university and other academic information. Candidates appearing in the final year can also apply, subject to the prescribed eligibility conditions.
7. Select the test paper: Choose the JAM 2027 test paper you want to appear for. Candidates can select up to two test papers, provided the selected papers are scheduled in different sessions.
8. Choose exam city: Select the preferred examination city as available in the application form.
9. Upload documents: Upload the required photograph, signature, Class 10 mark sheet showing the date of birth and applicable category or PwD certificate.
10. Preview the application: Carefully review all the information entered in the form. Make sure your name, date of birth, academic details and test paper choices are correct.
11. Pay the application fee: Pay the prescribed fee through the available online payment method.
