IBPS RRB Apply Online 2026 Extended for Clerk, PO, SO Posts, Last Date 27 Sept

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) is currently accepting applications for 13,706 vacancies under CRP RRBs-XV. The recruitment includes Office Assistant (Clerk), Officer Scale-I (PO), and Officer Scale-II & III posts. Candidates who are yet to complete their forms can now use the extended application window until 27 September 2026.

The online registration process is being conducted through www.ibps.in. Candidates should complete the application and fee payment within the revised deadline. The facility to print the submitted application will remain available until 5 October 2026.

IBPS RRB Apply Online 2026: Overview

As per the IBPS RRB Notification 2026 the application process has been opened for three major RRB examinations under CRP RRBs-XV. The recruitment includes the Office Assistant, Officer Scale-I, and Officer Scale-II & III examinations.

The online application deadline has been extended to 27 September 2026, while candidates can print their application forms until 5 October 2026.

IBPS RRB 2026 Application Links for Clerk, PO and SO

IBPS has provided two application links for the recruitment. IBPS RRB Candidates Apply Online 2026 for the Clerk post have a separate link, whereas a common application link is available for Officer Scale-I (PO), Officer Scale-II and Officer Scale-III posts.

Candidates must submit a separate application for every examination they intend to take. Both application links remain active until 27 September 2026.

Documents Needed for IBPS RRB Application 2026

Before starting the application process, candidates should keep the required scanned documents ready. The application requires a photograph, signature, thumb impression, and handwritten declaration in the specified format.

The required items include:

• Scanned photograph in the permitted size

• Scanned signature, which should not be written in capital letters

• Left thumb impression

• Scanned handwritten declaration

If the left thumb impression is unavailable, an alternate finger or toe impression can be used as per the applicable guidelines, along with a note mentioning which impression has been provided.

How to Apply for IBPS RRB 2026

Candidates can complete the IBPS RRB application by following the online registration process through the IBPS website.

Step 1: Open the IBPS Website

Visit www.ibps.in and access the IBPS homepage.

Step 2: Open the RRB Section

From the homepage, select CRP RRBs and proceed to CRP RRBs XV.

Step 3: Choose the Examination

Select the application link corresponding to the post you want to apply for. Candidates should read the instructions before beginning the form.

Step 4: Start New Registration

Select CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION and enter the required basic information.

Step 5: Save the Initial Details

Enter the basic information and use the Save and Next option to continue.

Step 6: Upload Documents

Upload the required photograph, signature, and handwritten declaration in the specified format.

Step 7: Enter Application Details

Complete the remaining personal information, educational qualification details, and RRB preference list.

Step 8: Fill RRB Preferences

Candidates have to arrange the RRBs according to their preference. There is no limit on the number of choices that can be selected.

Step 9: Review the Form

Use Save and Next after completing the preferences. A preview of the application will then be displayed. Candidates should check the details carefully and make corrections, if required, before saving the information.

Step 10: Pay the Application Fee

Choose the available online payment method and pay the applicable application fee.

Step 11: Submit the Form

After completing all the required details and payment, submit the application. The application will then be considered successfully submitted.

IBPS RRB Application Fee 2026

The application fee can be paid online using a credit card, debit card, or net banking. The fee is non-refundable once paid. Applications submitted without the applicable fee will not be accepted.
