
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has opened registrations for its 64th Campus Placement Programme for newly qualified Chartered Accountants. The placement drive, scheduled for April–May 2026, aims to help fresh CAs connect with top recruiters through a structured and organised recruitment process across multiple cities in India.
Along with opening the application window, ICAI has also released the city-wise interview schedule, giving candidates clarity on when the recruitment process will begin in different locations.
The campus placement programme is one of the most important career opportunities for newly qualified Chartered Accountants. Through this initiative, ICAI brings together employers from different industries and candidates on a single platform.
The placement process will start from April 6, 2026, at major centres. Recruiters from sectors such as finance, consulting, audit, taxation, and corporate management are expected to participate in the drive.

To help candidates prepare for the recruitment process, ICAI has introduced a standardised orientation programme across all placement centres.
The orientation sessions are designed to:

Before the start of the placement cycle, ICAI also organised the CA Career Catalyst Programme 2026, which was conducted virtually from March 15 to March 22, 2026.

Forensic accounting
Offshore accounting
Participants also received training in group discussions, HR interview preparation, and mentoring sessions, helping them improve their employability and readiness for campus recruitment.
