The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC), Ranchi, is currently in the process of conducting the Class 10 (Secondary) Board Examinations for the 2025-2026 academic year. With exams concluding on February 17, 2026, over 4.3 lakh students are now looking forward to the next major milestone: the JAC 10th Result 2026.

The JAC 10th exams are being held in a single morning shift (9:45 AM to 1:00 PM). Following the theory papers, the board will move to the practical evaluation phase.

Step 1: Open the SMS app on your mobile.
Step 2: Type JHA10 <Space> Roll Number.
Step 3: Send the message to 5676750 or 56263.
Example: If your roll number is 12345, type JHA10 12345 and send it.
The online result is provisional. Students must verify the following details carefully:
Student’s Name and Roll Number/Code.
Father’s and Mother’s Name.
Subject-wise Marks (Theory and Practical/Internal).
Total Marks Obtained and Percentage.
Qualifying Status (Pass/Fail) and Division (1st, 2nd, or 3rd).
The overall pass percentage for Class 10 students has remained consistently high:

If a student is not satisfied with their marks or fails to clear one or two subjects, the board provides the following options:
Scrutiny/Re-evaluation: Students can apply for a re-check in June 2026 by paying a nominal fee per subject through their respective schools.
Compartment Exams: For those who fail in one or two subjects, the JAC 10th Compartment Exam is tentatively scheduled for July/August 2026. This allows students to pass and gain admission to Class 11 in the same academic year.
Note: Original marksheets and certificates will be distributed through respective schools approximately 15–30 days after the online result declaration.
Students who clear the exam can proceed with admission to Class 11 in schools or junior colleges based on their chosen stream. Candidates who fail to qualify will have the option to appear in the compartment exams to improve their result.
