
JEE Advanced Result 2026: Candidates waiting for the JEE Advanced 2026 results are also looking at previous year trends to understand the competition level and qualifying statistics. Last year, a total of 54,378 candidates qualified in the JEE Advanced 2025 examination conducted by IIT Kanpur.
According to the official data released with the JEE Advanced 2025 result, around 1,80,422 candidates appeared for both Paper 1 and Paper 2, while 54,378 candidates successfully cleared the examination and became eligible for IIT admissions through JoSAA counselling.

The official press release also confirmed that Rajit Gupta from the IIT Delhi zone secured AIR 1 in the Common Rank List by scoring 332 marks out of 360. Devdutta Majhi from the IIT Kharagpur zone emerged as the top-ranked female candidate with CRL 16.
