
JEE Main Admit Card 2026: Admit card for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 has been released for candidates appearing on April 2 and April 4, 2026. The announcement was made through a public notice issued on 29 March 2026 by the National Testing Agency. Students who registered for the April session can now download their admit card from the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in.
The JEE Main 2026 Session 2 exam will be conducted at multiple centres across India and in 15 cities outside India. Admit cards for the remaining exam dates will be released soon.

Here are 10 important points every student should know before the exam.
Candidates whose exams are scheduled on 02 and 04 April 2026 can now download their admit card from the official JEE Main website.
Admit cards for candidates appearing on April 5, 6, 7, and 8, 2026 have not been released yet. According to the official notice, they will be issued in due course.
Students must download the hall ticket from the official portal: https://jeemain.nta.nic.in.Candidates need their application number and password or date of birth to log in.
The exam will be conducted between April 2 and April 8, 2026 in different shifts and papers.
April 2 and 4 – Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech)
April 5, 6, 7, and 8 – Paper 1, Paper 2A (B.Arch), and Paper 2B (B.Planning)
The examination will take place in two sessions each day:
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM / 6:30 PM
Students should check their exact shift timing mentioned on the admit card.
While downloading the admit card, candidates must ensure that the QR code and barcode are clearly visible. Without this, the admit card may not be considered valid.
Students must bring a valid photo ID proof that matches the details uploaded in the application form. This is required for identity verification at the exam centre.
