
JEE MAIN Correction Window 2026 for Session 2: National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the correction window for JEE Main 2026 Session 2 from 27 February 2026. The facility will remain available until 28 February 2026 (11:50 PM).
This correction window allows candidates to rectify errors made in their application form. If any incorrect details were submitted or certain information needs updating, this is the only opportunity to make changes. No corrections will be permitted after the deadline. Students are advised to carefully review their application form, make the necessary edits, pay any additional fee (if applicable), and download the revised confirmation page before the window closes.
The official notice regarding the correction window has been released by the National Testing Agency for the Joint Entrance Examination (Main) 2026 Session 2.
As per the notification:
Correction window is open from 27 February to 28 February 2026 (till 11:50 PM).
This is a one-time facility.
No further correction chance will be given.
Additional fee may apply for certain changes.
The last date to apply for Session 2 was 25 February 2026.
Students should log in and verify their details immediately.

This applies to students who registered only for Session 2 between 1 February and 25 February 2026.

These details cannot be changed under any condition, even during the correction window.

The Session 2 exam will be conducted between 2 April and 9 April 2026.
Exam shifts:
Morning Shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Your exact exam date and shift will be mentioned on the admit card.
Follow these simple steps:
Visit jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Click on the Session 2 Form Correction link.
Log in using your Application Number and Password or Date of Birth.
Verify the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Edit the allowed fields.
Check all details carefully.
Submit the form and pay extra fee if required.
Download the revised confirmation page.
After 28 February 2026 (11:50 PM), no more changes will be allowed.
Some changes may require extra payment, such as:

Adding paper
The fee must be paid online using:

Net Banking
UPI
There will be no refund in any case.
After submitting the edited form:
A revised confirmation page will appear.
If required, you must complete the fee payment.
Download and print the revised confirmation page.
If the updated details are shown in the confirmation page, your changes have been saved successfully.
Once the correction window closes:
No more edits will be accepted.
NTA will release the City Intimation Slip in the second week of March 2026.
Admit cards will be issued 3 to 4 days before the exam.
Students should keep checking the official website regularly.
The city intimation slip tells you in advance which city your exam centre is located in. This helps students plan travel and accommodation early. It is released before the admit card.
The admit card will include:

Shift timing
Exam centre address
Important instructions
Entry into the exam hall will not be allowed without the admit card. It will be released 3 to 4 days before the exam.
