
JEE MAIN Result 2026 (OUT): National Testing Agency has officially declared the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 Result for Paper 1 B.E. and B.Tech. The examination was conducted in January 2026 across hundreds of centres in India and abroad. Lakhs of engineering aspirants who appeared for the exam can now check their NTA scores online. The result includes percentile scores, category details, and All India Rank. Along with the result, the list of candidates who secured a perfect 100 percentile has also been released. The exam was conducted on 21, 22, 23, 24 and 28 January 2026 in 658 centres across 326 cities, including 15 cities outside India. A total of 13,55,293 candidates registered for Paper 1, out of which 13,04,653 candidates appeared, recording an attendance of 96.26 percent.
The examination was held in Computer Based Test mode in 13 languages including English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu.
Candidates are advised to download and keep a copy of their scorecard for counselling and admission purposes.
The JEE Main 2026 Session 1 result has been released online on the official website. Candidates can check their NTA Score by logging in using their application number and date of birth or password. The scorecard will display subject wise percentile, total percentile score, and qualifying status for JEE Advanced 2026.

The National Testing Agency has also released the list of candidates who secured 100 percentile in Paper 1 B.E. and B.Tech. These students achieved a perfect NTA score in Session 1. The names are listed in ascending order of application number.

As per official data, candidates from all major categories including General, OBC NCL, Gen EWS, SC, and ST participated in large numbers. Both male and female candidates showed strong representation in the January session.
More than 4.67 lakh female candidates registered, while over 8.87 lakh male candidates registered for Paper 1. The high participation rate reflects the growing interest in engineering entrance examinations across the country.
With Session 1 results declared, candidates can now plan for Session 2 or begin preparing for JEE Advanced 2026 if they qualify. The result of JEE Main 2026 Paper 2 B.Arch and B.Planning will be declared separately.
