The wait for the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 results is almost over. Following the conclusion of the January exams, the National Testing Agency (NTA) is in the final stages of processing scores for over 10 lakh aspirants.
As per the official NTA examination calendar, the JEE Main 2026 Result for Session 1 is expected to be declared by February 12, 2026.
While the exam results are declared online, the timeline for the final answer key and topper list is equally critical.
Once the link is activated, candidates can access their scorecards on the official NTA portals:

Visit the Website: Go to jeemain.nta.nic.in.
Click the Link: Locate the "Result of JEE (Main) 2026 Session 1" or "View Scorecard" tab.
Enter Credentials: Log in using your Application Number and Date of Birth (or Password).
Submit & View: Enter the Security Pin (CAPTCHA) and hit submit.
Download: Save the PDF and take multiple printouts. This scorecard is mandatory for JoSAA counselling.
The JEE Main result isn't just a number; it's a comprehensive performance report. Your scorecard will feature:
Subject-wise NTA Scores: Individual percentiles for Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
Total NTA Score: Your overall percentile based on normalization across shifts.
Candidate Information: Name, Roll Number, Category, and State of Eligibility.
JEE Advanced Status: A preliminary indication of whether you meet the qualifying cutoff for the JEE Advanced 2026.
Note: The All India Rank (AIR) and final category ranks are generally released only after the Session 2 (April) results, as the NTA considers the "best of two" scores for candidates who appear in both sessions.
