The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB) has issued the recruitment rulebook for MP Police Constable Driver Recruitment 2026 under the Police Headquarters, Home (Police) Department, Government of Madhya Pradesh. A total of 1,000 Constable (Driver) posts are available through this recruitment drive.
The online application window will open on October 15, 2026, and eligible candidates can submit their forms until October 29, 2026. Candidates must fulfil the prescribed educational qualification and have a valid Heavy Motor Vehicle Driving Licence.
The recruitment will be conducted through an online written examination, Physical Efficiency Test, document verification and qualifying practical trade test.

The recruitment notification has announced 1,000 Constable Driver vacancies. Of these, 200 posts are for the Special Armed Force, while 800 posts are for the District Police Force/other than Special Armed Force.

MP Police Constable Driver Eligibility Criteria 2026
Candidates applying for the MP Police Constable Driver Recruitment must meet the prescribed educational, age, driving licence and other eligibility requirements. The recruitment is open only to male candidates.
MP Police Constable Driver Educational Qualification
The educational qualification varies according to the candidate's category.

MP Police Driver Domicile Condition
Candidates who are not permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh can apply only against Unreserved Open vacancies. Such candidates will not be eligible for reservation or age-relaxation benefits available to Madhya Pradesh domiciles.

The minimum age prescribed for the recruitment is 18 years. The candidate's age will be calculated with reference to October 29, 2026.

The selection process consists of two major stages:
