The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially cancelled the NEET UG 2026 examination conducted on May 3, 2026, impacting around 22.79 lakh candidates across India and abroad. The decision was taken after reviewing inputs from central agencies and law enforcement authorities, raising concerns over the integrity of the examination process. The exam will now be re-conducted on fresh dates, which will be announced soon through official channels.
