Re-NEET 2026 Exam Centre Changed: Check New Venue for This City

NEET 2026 Re-Exam Centre Change: National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced a change in the examination venue for a section of candidates appearing for the NEET UG 2026 re-examination on June 21, 2026. The change applies only to candidates who were originally allotted the Harivansh Rai Bachchan Cultural Centre, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.

According to the public notice issued on June 18, 2026, the examination centre has been shifted due to administrative reasons, including ongoing construction work and non-availability of electricity at the original venue.

Why Was the NEET Re-Exam Centre Changed?

NTA said the District Administration informed the agency that the Harivansh Rai Bachchan Cultural Centre was unsuitable for conducting the examination because of infrastructure-related issues. Following recommendations from the District Level Committee and local authorities, the exam venue has been shifted to an adjoining building within the University of Allahabad campus.
