How Mansi Sharma Secured AIR 33 in GMCH Nursing Officer 2025 With PW Nursing Wallah

For nursing aspirants, an exam can sometimes arrive sooner than expected, leaving limited time to complete the syllabus and revise. Mansi Sharma faced a similar situation while preparing for the GMCH Nursing Officer exam. She had joined PW’s Nightingale Regular batch for NSET preparation, but the GMCH exam was announced earlier than she expected.

Despite having limited time and not having started extensive extra MCQ practice, Mansi continued with her classes and used the YT Series alongside her preparation. Her approach eventually helped her secure AIR 33 in the GMCH Nursing Officer 2025 exam.

How Mansi Sharma Started Her Preparation

Mansi’s preparation was initially focused on NSET rather than the GMCH examination. Since the GMCH exam came earlier than she had anticipated, she had to rely on the preparation she had already built through her ongoing classes.

She explains:

“Sir matlab aise koi maine specific strategy to follow nahi ki because main NSET ka batch le chali thi to uske according hi practice kar rahi thi aur phir beech mein ekdum se test aa gaye the iski bhi last date se May thi aur hamara registration number hi 5 May ko aaya tha to phir maine last date pe wo fill kiya tha form aur mujhe laga tha ki I guess ye bhi August September mein jaake hi hoga to tab tak shayad preparation ho hi jayegi abhi to hai nahi to phir ye ekdum se June mein aa gaya.”

The unexpected exam timeline meant Mansi could not follow a separate, long-term GMCH strategy. Instead, she continued with the preparation already underway through her NSET batch.

How Mansi Sharma Used PW’s YT Series for Exam Practice

With the exam approaching quickly, Mansi focused on the classes she was already attending and supplemented them with PW’s YT Series. Since her regular schedule left little room for additional MCQ practice, the test and practice content became particularly useful.

She says:

“Tab tak jitni preparation thi maine bas matlab jo classes thi wahi lagati thi aur YT series maine aapke saath-saath mein sabhi ki chalayi hai. To mujhe usse bahut fayda hua because main extra MCQ kar hi nahi payi thi kyunki classes itni hoti thi to maine abhi MCQ start hi nahi kiye the. But iske YT series aur batch ki classes se jo mujhe paper mein bahut help hui.”

This approach allowed Mansi to make use of the preparation material already available to her rather than trying to add multiple new resources at the last moment. The YT Series and batch classes also gave her exposure to questions that she found relevant to the exam.

Why Mansi Sharma Chose a Single Study Source

Another important part of Mansi’s approach was keeping her preparation centred around one primary source. Instead of collecting notes and study material from different platforms, she followed the PW content and prepared her notes from the same source.

She explains:

“Sir, single source matlab distraction bahut kam rehti hai. Matlab agar hum doosre source par jaate hain to humein aisa lagta hai ki arre ye to humein padhaya nahi. Hum kyun hi coaching le rahe hain. Agar humein yahi padha rahe hain to bahut important hai. But aisa hai ki phir maine ek hi usse coaching li. To maine notes hi saare usi ke banaye to mujhe aisa ho gaya ki nahi ye bahut hai enough hai.”

For Mansi, sticking to one source reduced the confusion that can come from comparing different notes and study materials. It also helped her treat the content covered in her classes as sufficient for her preparation instead of constantly looking elsewhere.

How PW Classes Helped Mansi Sharma Build Her Concepts

Mansi’s academic foundation was also shaped by her experience with nursing education before joining the coaching. She had completed her nursing from a government nursing college, where she felt that her theoretical concepts were not sufficiently clear because of the focus on hospital duties.

She explains:

“Mere concepts jitne bhi abhi tak clear hue hain, jitna syllabus hua hai abhi tak to wo isi se hua hai PW ki classes se because maine aur koi na source follow kiye na maine college ke notes banaye hain na padhe hain bas yahi jo aapne bataya tha padhaya aur classes mein to maza aata hi tha.”

The recorded classes allowed her to work through the concepts at her own pace. She also appreciated the interactive classroom environment, which made the learning experience more engaging for her.

Mansi Sharma’s GMCH Nursing Officer Result

Mansi’s preparation ultimately resulted in an All India Rank 33 in the GMCH Nursing Officer 2025 exam. She admitted that she had not expected such a high rank, especially because she felt uncertain about her performance immediately after the exam.

She says:

“Sir mujhe to bahut achha laga because meri All India Rank 33 aayi hai aur mujhe matlab itna khud se bhi expect nahi tha ki mera itna rank aa jayega.”

The result was particularly significant because Mansi had completed her graduation in the same year and had joined the batch only a few months before her selection. Her preparation was therefore relatively short, with the transcript noting that she had covered roughly 70–75% of the syllabus before the exam.

What Mansi Sharma Recommends to Nursing Aspirants

Looking back at her preparation, Mansi highlighted the importance of avoiding distractions caused by multiple study sources. For her, following one source helped her remain focused and gave her confidence that the material she was studying was sufficient.

Her experience also shows that preparation does not always go exactly according to the original plan. The GMCH exam arrived earlier than she expected, but instead of starting from scratch, she relied on the classes, notes, YT Series, and test practice already available to her.

Mansi Sharma’s AIR 33 in the GMCH Nursing Officer 2025 exam demonstrates how focused preparation can still produce a strong result even when the available preparation window is limited. Her journey can encourage nursing aspirants to avoid unnecessary resource-hopping, build their concepts through a consistent source, and make the most of the preparation time available to them.
