Registration for admission to the BSc Nursing Course 2025 at Colleges of Nursing under the Armed Forces Medical Services (AFMS) will begin on 17 June 2025 at 2:00 PM and close on 30 June 2025 at 11:00 PM. Steps to Fill the Indian Army BSc Nursing Application Form 2025
The Indian Army BSc Nursing application process is entirely online and involves a series of steps. Candidates can follow the outlined procedure below to successfully complete their application:
Step 1: Registration
Candidates need to visit the official Indian Army website at joinindianarmy.nic.in.
For existing candidates: Simply log in using your username and password.
For new registrations: Click on the ‘Registration’ button.
A page with important instructions will appear. After reading the instructions, click on the ‘Continue’ button.
You will be redirected to the application form page, where you must fill in the necessary details such as Aadhaar number or Enrolment number, name, father/guardian’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Ensure the name matches the one mentioned in your Class 10 passing certificate.
Step 2: OTP Verification
To verify the information provided, an OTP will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number.
Enter the OTP and click ‘Submit’ to proceed.
You will then need to provide additional mandatory details such as your father’s name, mother’s name, and correspondence address.
Set a password and click the ‘Save’ button to continue.
If you need to edit any information, go to ‘Communication Details’, make the necessary changes, and click on the ‘Update’ button to proceed.
Once all the details are filled out, click on ‘Save & Continue’ to complete the registration. A confirmation message saying “Record saved successfully” will pop up. Click ‘OK’ and proceed to the next step by selecting the ‘Apply Online’ button on the dashboard.
Step 3: Filling the Application Form
After successful registration, the ‘Apply’ button will appear for eligible candidates.
Click the ‘Apply’ button to proceed.
You can edit and verify the information provided during registration by visiting the ‘My Profile’ section on the dashboard.
Complete any remaining sections of the form, including details related to academic qualifications and professional experience (if applicable).
Step 4: Uploading Photo and Signature
Before proceeding, carefully read the instructions for uploading the photo and signature in the specified format and size.
Click ‘Continue’ after reading the instructions.
Complete the remaining mandatory fields and upload your photo and signature as per the given guidelines.
After uploading, click on the ‘Save & Continue’ button.
Provide all necessary communication details again and click ‘Save & Continue’ to move forward.
A summary of all the entered information will be displayed. Double-check the details for any discrepancies before submitting the form, as no further edits can be made once the form is submitted.
Step 5: Payment of Application Fee
Once the application form is completed, candidates must pay the application fee.
The payment link will be activated within 24 to 48 hours of submitting the application.
After 24 to 48 hours, log in to your account via the ‘Officers Entry Apply/Login’ section and click on ‘Apply Online’ in the dashboard.
You will be redirected to the ‘Eligibility’ page, where you can click the ‘Apply’ button to access the active payment link.
The application will only be considered complete once the payment is made.
After payment, a DU (reference) number will be generated. Keep this number for future reference.
