The applicant must be a retired (superannuated) employee of Northern Coalfields Limited (NCL).
The engagement is subject to an upper age limit. The total period of engagement cannot exceed the age of 65 years.

Eligible: Applicants who superannuated between 31.12.2022 and 31.12.2025.
Ineligible: Those who retired prior to 31.12.2022 or after 31.12.2025.

Selection Parameters (30 Marks Total):
Physical Attendance: 15 Marks (based on the preceding 3 years of service).
>90% attendance: 5 Marks/year.
Annual Confidential Report (ACR): 15 Marks (based on the preceding 3 years).
'Outstanding/Excellent' grade: 5 Marks/year.
Tie-Resolution: If marks are equal, preference is given based on higher ACR grades, then younger age, then juniority in appointment date.
Medical Examination: Candidates must be found fit in the Company's Medical Examination (IME).
Document Verification: Reporting within 7 days of receiving the offer with original certificates.
Remuneration: Governed by CIL guidelines (Office Order dated 12.10.2020).
Job Profile: Selected Staff Nurses can be posted or transferred to any Area, Unit, or Hospital within NCL.
Duration: Initial engagement is for one year, extendable for one more year based on performance and mutual consent, up to the age of 65.
