Eligible candidates can fill out and submit the NEIGRIHMS BSc Nursing application form 2026 on the official website by following these steps:
1. Pay Application Processing Fee:
Access the payment link ([https://formbuilder.ccavenue.com/live/bank-of-baroda/neigrihms](https://formbuilder.ccavenue.com/live/bank-of-baroda/neigrihms)) and pay the ₹500 fee. Download and save the official payment transaction receipt.
2. Register on the Official Portal:
Visit neigrihms.gov.in and navigate to the B.Sc. Nursing Admission 2026 registration link. Create an account using a valid email ID and mobile number.
3. Complete Online Form:
Log in with your credentials and enter personal details, postal address, Class 12 academic marks, and NEET UG examination details.
4. Upload Required Documents:
Upload clear scanned copies of your passport photo, class 10 mark sheet (for age proof), class 12 mark sheet, NEET (UG) Admit Card, NEET (UG) Score Card, and the application fee payment receipt.
5. Submit and Print Form:
Review all entered details, submit the application form online, and print out the generated confirmation page for reference during counselling.
The application fee is non-refundable and set at ₹500 for all applicants. The payment must be made online through the designated payment portal, using either CCAvenue or the bank gateway.
The institute offers a fixed annual intake for the undergraduate nursing program:

Candidates must fulfil all specified educational, age, and entrance test conditions before filling out the form:
Candidates must have passed the 10+2 examination or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (PCB), and English Core.
General candidates must secure an aggregate of at least 45% marks in PCB. Candidates from reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC) require a minimum of 40% aggregate.
English must be a compulsory subject in 10+2, and candidates must pass in English individually.
Candidates must have appeared in NEET (UG) and achieved a qualifying score for admission.
Final selection is made strictly on the basis of All India Rank and percentile obtained in NEET (UG).
Minimum Age: Candidate must complete 17 years of age on or before December 31 of the admission year.
Nationality: The applicant must be a citizen of India. Foreign candidates must submit their forms through proper diplomatic channels.
Medical Fitness: The candidate must be declared medically fit by the institute's medical board.
Note: The selection of candidates for admission to the B.Sc. Nursing course will be based on the merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained in NEET (UG)-2026.
