• Selection Process: Candidates will be chosen for the Computer Based Test (CBT) based on the information provided by them. It's the candidate's responsibility to demonstrate their eligibility according to NVS qualification standards.
• Verification of Eligibility: NVS reserves the right to verify the candidate's eligibility at any time before or after the selection process. If a candidate is found ineligible at any stage, including after receiving the Admit Card or even after joining, their candidature will be rejected immediately.
• Application Deadline: The closing date for submitting online applications in India will be the cut-off date for evaluating various eligibility criteria such as educational qualifications and age restrictions. Candidates must ensure they meet all eligibility requirements before applying.
• NVS Decision: The NVS's decision on the selection process and eligibility for interviews will be final and binding. There will be no correspondence regarding this matter.
• Compliance with Qualifications: Candidates' qualifications must strictly adhere to the notified/prescribed qualifications. During the interview/document verification, mark sheets displaying equivalent marks should be provided if grades are issued.
• Language Discrepancy: In case of any disagreement or variation in the translated version of the advertisement in Hindi or any other language, the English version will prevail.
