- Candidates must have done B.Sc. (Post certificate) / Post Basic B.Sc Nursing from an INC-approved Institute and be registered as a Nurse and Midwife.
- Candidates must have a General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) diploma from an INC and have 2 years of experience at a minimum 50-bed hospital.
