1. Written Exam (75 Marks): An online test with 75 multiple-choice questions. The test lasts 90 minutes and has no negative marking. The paper is written in English.

2. Experience (15 Marks): Candidates get 1 mark for every 6 months of work service in large hospitals with at least 500 beds.

3. Interview (10 Marks): A face-to-face meeting to check skills.

To pass the online exam, OC and EWS candidates need at least 40% marks, BC candidates need 35%, and SC, ST, and PwBD candidates need 30%.
