TN MRB Nursing Assistant CV Schedule 2026 OUT: The Tamil Nadu Medical Services Recruitment Board (MRB) has released the Certificate Verification (CV) schedule for the post of Nursing Assistant Grade-II through CV Intimation No. 01/MRB/2026 dated August 11, 2026. Candidates called for verification must appear with the required original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies as per their allotted date and time.
The TN MRB Nursing Assistant Grade-II Certificate Verification will be conducted from August 18 to August 21, 2026. Candidates have been divided into forenoon and afternoon slots based on their serial numbers in the annexure.

The candidate list contains 1,765 candidates, and candidates should check their MRB number in the annexure to identify their allotted date and time.
Candidates who fail to appear for certificate verification on the specified date and time may have their candidature rejected without further notice.
The TN MRB Nursing Assistant Grade-II Certificate Verification will be held at:
7th Floor, DMS Building, Medical Services Recruitment Board (MRB),
359, Anna Salai, Teynampet, Chennai – 600 006.
Candidates should report at the allotted time and carry all required documents in original along with one set of self-attested photocopies.
Candidates appearing for certificate verification must arrange the documents in the same order for quick verification. The required documents include:
Evidence of date of birth through SSLC/HSC.
Evidence of educational qualification, including SSLC/Certificate Course of Nursing Assistant from a Government Medical Institution in Tamil Nadu, as applicable.
Permanent Community Certificate from the competent authority.
Character and Conduct Certificate issued by a Group A or Group B Officer on or after August 11, 2026.
Character and Conduct Certificate issued by the Head of the institution where the candidate last studied.
Differently Abled Certificate, if applicable, in the prescribed format.
Tamil Medium study certificate, if applicable, in the prescribed format.
No Objection Certificate from the concerned Appointing Authority, if applicable.
Undertaking and declaration, which will be provided at the venue.
Two passport-size colour photographs with the candidate's name and application number written on the reverse.
Any one Government-issued photo ID card, other than PAN card, showing the residential/communication address furnished in the online application.
Printed copy of the online application, which will be provided at the venue for the candidate's signature.
Transgender ID Card with gender, if applicable.
Government Order for equivalence of qualification, if applicable.
Gazetted copy for name change, if applicable.
Documents/Court Orders related to acquittal or conviction in cases involving registered criminal cases, if applicable.
The Board has specifically instructed candidates to bring the original documents along with one set of self-attested photocopies. Failure to produce even one essential document may result in rejection of the candidature.
Candidates can check their TN MRB Nursing Assistant Grade-II Certificate Verification schedule using the annexure provided with the CV intimation. The annexure contains the MRB number and registration number of candidates called for verification.

Check the annexure containing the list of candidates.
Search for your MRB number or registration number.
Note your serial number in the list.
Match the serial number with the CV schedule to identify your date and reporting time.
Reach the specified venue with all required original documents and photocopies.
The Board has also stated that candidates are called for certificate verification based on claims made in their online applications, including age, educational qualification, community and other relevant rules.
Certificate verification does not by itself guarantee selection or appointment. The Board will make provisional selection only after verifying and accepting the relevant documents, educational qualifications, community status, marks/rank and other applicable claims.
Candidates whose claims are found to be false or incorrect may have their candidature rejected at any stage. Therefore, candidates should ensure that all documents submitted during verification are valid, accurate and consistent with the claims made in their online application.
