Step 2: Click "Candidate, register here" and sign up with a valid email and mobile number.

Step 3: Log in using the registration number and password sent to your phone or email.

Step 4: Enter your educational qualifications and your Uttarakhand Nursing Council registration details.

Step 5: Choose two preferred exam cities from Dehradun, Srinagar, Haldwani, and Almora.

Step 6: Upload a passport photo (20–50 KB) and signature (5–20 KB) in JPG format.

Step 7: Upload all required certificates combined into a single PDF file (200 KB–2 MB).

Step 8: Review the details, click "I Agree", and pay the fee via Net Banking, Card, or UPI.

Step 9: Download and print the final application form for your records.

• High School Certificate for age proof.

• Intermediate (Class 12) Certificate.

• All years' mark sheets of Nursing Degree or Diploma.

• Nursing Degree or Diploma Passing Certificate.

• Valid Registration Certificate from the Uttarakhand Nurses and Midwives Council, Dehradun.

• Permanent Residence / Domicile Certificate of Uttarakhand (if applicable).

• Category Certificate for SC, ST, OBC, or EWS candidates (if applicable).

• Sub-Category Certificate for Dependent of Freedom Fighters, Ex-Army, Physically Handicapped (OL category), Orphans, or Skilled Sportspersons (if applicable).

• NCC or Territorial Army Certificate (if applicable).

UKMSSB Nursing Officer Application Form Fees for 2026 vary according to the candidate's reservation category. 

• Unreserved (General): ₹300/- only

• Uttarakhand Other Backwards Classes (OBC): ₹300/- only

• Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) of Uttarakhand: ₹150/- only

• Uttarakhand Scheduled Caste (SC): ₹150/- only

• Uttarakhand Scheduled Tribe (ST): ₹150/- only

• Uttarakhand Divyangjan (Physically Handicapped): ₹150/- only

Note: Ex-servicemen candidates of Uttarakhand will have to pay the fee according to their respective primary category (General, SC, ST, or OBC). The application fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
