Furthermore, 70% of organizations plan to hire new staff possessing emerging, in-demand skills. This highlights the value of specialized training.

Businesses are also focusing on specific practices to boost talent availability. Supporting employee health and well-being has emerged as a top priority for 64% of employers. Offering higher wages is a priority for 50%. Tapping into diverse talent pools is gaining importance, with 47% of employers now emphasizing this strategy. AI and information processing technologies will transform businesses. Around 86% of employers expect AI to impact their operations by 2030. A key barrier to AI adoption is a lack of skills, cited by 50% of executives. In response, 77% plan to reskill and upskill their workforce for AI. Another 69% plan to recruit talent skilled in AI tool design. Similarly, 62% intend to hire individuals with skills to work directly with AI.
