D.Pharma Exit Exam 2025 is a compulsory test for all Diploma in Pharmacy graduates who want to become registered pharmacists in India. Conducted by NBEMS, the exam will be held in more than 140 cities, and candidates must register online, pay the fee, and select their exam center. The test will be conducted over three days, with 150 multiple-choice questions each day, covering subjects like pharmaceutics, pharmacology, and pharmacy law.
To apply, students must have completed their D.Pharma from a PCI-approved institute with results declared before 31 July 2024. The fee is Rs. 5900, including GST, and admit cards will be released online. Results will be published on the NBEMS website, and successful candidates will receive a digital certificate, mandatory for pharmacist registration with the State Pharmacy Council. Special provisions exist for the 2022–2023 batch, who may register before passing but must clear the exam later.

To apply for the D.Pharma Exit Exam 2025, you must register only on the NBEMS website. You have to fill out the form, upload your documents, and pay the fee online. If you don’t pay the fee, your form will not be accepted.

Latest Update- As per 7th Aug Notice Special Case Registration Without Exit Exam
As per the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI), students from the 2022–2023 batch can apply for pharmacist registration with the State Council before passing the exam. However, they must later appear and pass the D.Pharma Exit Exam 2025.
