GPAT 2026 Eligibility Criteria

The GPAT eligibility rules define who can apply for the exam. Students must meet the educational and nationality requirements.

  • Candidate must be an Indian citizen.

  • Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (4 years after 10+2) from a recognized university.

  • Final-year B.Pharm students (completing by 2025-26) can also apply.

  • B.Tech (Pharmaceutical and Fine Chemical Technology) graduates are not eligible.

  • Candidates must complete internship or training before admission.

  • Eligibility is provisional until documents are verified during admission.

  • GPAT qualification does not guarantee admission; it only makes students eligible for counselling.

GPAT 2026 Application Process

The GPAT 2026 application process is simple and fully online. Students need to register, fill in their details, upload documents, pay the fee, and finally download the admit card before the exam.

1. Registration: Make an account on the official GPAT site (natboard.edu.in). Give your name, email, mobile, and set a password.

2. Fill Application Form

  • Log in. Enter personal details, education details, category (General, SC, ST, OBC, EWS, PwD), and select the city where the exam will be taken.

  • Upload photo, signature, and thumbprint as per rules (photos not older than 3 months, clear signature, clear thumbprint).

3. Pay Application Fee: Pay online with credit/debit card or net banking.

4. Preview and Submit: Double-check everything, agree to the declaration, and submit the form.

5. Edit Window:

  • If there are mistakes (except name, nationality, email, mobile, exam city), use the edit window after the form closes to correct things.

  • Later, you can correct the photo/signature/thumb if you get a message about it.

6. Get Admit Card: Download the admit card from the official website when released (usually 1 week before the exam)
