HPRCA Pharmacist Eligibility Criteria 2026

HPRCA Pharmacist Eligibility Criteria 2026 includes the nationality, age, and educational qualifications. These criteria ensure that only suitable candidates are considered for the Pharmacist (Allopathy) role.

Educational Qualification

• Academic: Candidates must have completed 10+2 in Science from a recognised Board of School Education.

• Professional: Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy from a recognised University or Institution (approved by the Central/State Government) is mandatory.

• Registration: Registration with the Pharmacy Council of the relevant State/Central Government is required.

• Special Condition: Individuals who completed a diploma in Pharmacy before September 12, 2001, and are matriculates, are also eligible.

• Desirable: Knowledge of Himachal Pradesh's customs, manners, and dialects, along with suitability for conditions prevalent in the Pradesh.

Nationality

Candidates must have passed Matriculation and 10+2 from a School/Institution located within Himachal Pradesh. T Applicants from other states will be treated as General (Unreserved) category candidates. They will not be eligible for reservation or fee concessions.

Age Limit

• 18 to 45 years

• 5 years of relaxation for the reserved categories
