Passed a two-year vocational course with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English, securing the same minimum marks.
Candidates must have:
Passed 10+2 with PCB and English
Minimum 50% aggregate marks
Diploma/B.Pharmacy/B.Sc in Pharmacy with at least 50% marks
Valid registration with the State Pharmacy Council or Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) at the time of enrolment.
Note: Aggregate marks will not be rounded off. For example, 49.58% will be treated as 49%.
The IAF Medical Assistant 2026 Online Application Process will begin on 6 July 2026 and remain open until 26 July 2026 (11:00 PM). Eligible candidates must complete the registration, upload the required documents, and pay the application fee through the official recruitment portal before the deadline. Applications submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
The fee must be paid online through a debit card, Credit Card, UPI, or net banking.

The recruitment process consists of three stages.
Objective-type computer-based test
Duration: 45 Minutes
Subjects:

General Awareness (RAGA)
+1 for every correct answer
-0.25 for every incorrect answer
No marks deducted for unanswered questions
Candidates shortlisted in Phase-I will undergo:
1.6 km Run
Up to 21 years: 7 Minutes
Above 21 years (Pharmacy candidates): 7 Minutes 30 Seconds
10 Push-ups
10 Sit-ups
20 Squats
Candidates must also qualify:
Adaptability Test-I
Adaptability Test-II
The final stage includes a detailed medical examination conducted by the Air Force Medical Team. Candidates are assessed on:
Height and weight
Vision standards
Hearing ability
Dental health
Chest measurements
Overall physical and medical fitness
Only medically fit candidates will be considered for final selection.
