RUHS Pharmacy Registration 2025 is open for candidates to apply for this entrance examination in the Rajasthan University of Health Sciences(RUHS), Jaipur. There are 334 colleges associated with RUHS, Jaipur that provide undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Pharmacy. The RUHS Pharmacy 2025 exam date is 27 May, 2025.

RUHS Pharmacy Registration 2025 Overview

RUHS Pharmacy Application Form 2025 is available on ruhsraj.org for the candidates who wish to enter the undergraduate Pharmacy programs in RUHS, Jaipur. There are a total of 22,640 seats for D. Pharmacy and B. Pharmacy programs in the 334 colleges affiliated with RUHS, Jaipur. 

Candidates must note that the online application window will be closed on 6 May 2025. After that, candidates are provided the opportunity to rectify their forms if they made any mistakes (accidentally) in the application form earlier.

RUHS Pharmacy Eligibility Criteria 2025

RUHS Pharmacy Registration 2025 website asks the students to properly go through the eligibility criteria, educational qualifications, and other important instructions before filling out the application form. Any misinformation can lead to the cancellation of candidature in the future. 

Educational Qualifications:

For students applying for the undergraduate courses in Pharmacy, they must have passed their 10+2 in or before the session 2024-2025 with-

• Physics, Chemistry, Maths, and English 

or

• Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English

Important: For PCM or PCB  students waiting for their 10+2 results or supplementary exam results, they will need to update their details. RUHS, Jaipur provides such students the facility to update their result status on their official website. A specific date will be mentioned by the university. On or before that, students must fill in their result status, or their candidature will be discarded.

Age Limit:

Before 31st December, 2025, the appearing candidates must be more than 17 years of age.

Documents Required to Fill the RUHS Pharmacy Application Form 2025

The scanned copy of the following mandatory documents should be kept while filling out the online application form for RUHS Pharmacy 2025:

Scanned copy of Photographs: Passport size, coloured photographs in JPG/JPEG format(below 40 KB) are required.

Scanned copy of candidate’s signature: Candidates will need to upload their signatures in JPG/JPEG format(below 40 KB, 2*1 inches). 

Apart from this, the following documents must be kept near during RUHS Pharmacy 2025 registration form filling:

• Proof of DOB(class 10 marksheet or birth certificate)

• 10+2 or equivalent marksheet

• A valid photo ID card including a Driving Licence / PAN card / Voters ID card/ Govt. or PSU card / School ID card / 12th class examination admit card / Aadhar card

• Domicile certificate for Rajasthan (if applicable)

• Caste or category certificate, if required

• PwD certificate, if needed

• EWS certificate, if eligible

The above-mentioned documents will also be required during the admission process. Therefore, candidates must take multiple printouts of these documents, along with the application form.

RUHS Pharmacy Application Fee 2025

RUHS Pharmacy 2025 registration requires a sum of INR 1000/- for Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), and Scheduled Tribe Area (STA) candidates of the Rajasthan domicile state only. 

For candidates who belong to Unreserved /Other Backward Class /More Backward Classes / Economically Weaker Sections(EWS), a sum of INR 2000/- is chargeable during filling the RUHS Pharmacy Online Form 2025. 

RUHS Pharmacy Application Process 2025

Candidates can start the RUHS Pharmacy 2025 Apply online process by visiting the official website of RUHS, Jaipur. The RUHS Pharmacy Application Form 2025 is filled in two phases:

Phase 1: 

Submit Basic Details 

Visit ruhsraj.org to fill out the RUHS Pharmacy Online Form 2025. 

• Enter your name(exactly as on your class 10 marksheet, photo ID proof, or birth certificate).

• Enter other personal details like mother’s name, father’s name, address, etc, correctly.

• Candidates are required to enter their religion, caste, category, etc 

• PwD candidates will need to select the “additional category option”.

Enter Academic Information

• Candidates must enter the right details of the percentage acquired in the Class 12 boards, the educational board name, etc.

• Students whose 10+2 result is pending can fill in their class 10 CGPA/percentage, board, etc, correctly.

RUHS Pharmacy online application 2025 payment

Candidates can pay the RUHS Pharmacy Online Form 2025 fee in any of their convenient payment modes (online or offline). The fee will be paid in accordance with the caste or category of the student. Download the receipt if paid online.

Phase 2:

Update Transaction Details

After the successful completion of the RUHS Pharmacy 2025 payment process, the candidates need to update transaction details by mentioning the required information. Upload the receipt there. 

Upload a Signature and a Photograph

Candidates will be required to upload their passport-size photograph and signature in the required size and format as mentioned in the instructions to fill out the online application.

RUHS Pharmacy Application Correction Window

After the RUHS Pharmacy registration 2025 completes on 6 May, 2025, the exam conducting authority will provide the candidates with an application correction window. This application correction window will be open for two days: 7 May 2025 and 8 May 2025. Candidates who feel that they have input anything wrong in their application forms can opt for making corrections in their RUHS Pharmacy Application Form 2025.

• Before filling out the RUHS Pharmacy Application Form 2025, candidates can read the “Instructions to fill up the online application form” present on the website to find the correct procedure. 

• The application ID and password must be kept safe.

• Further, it is advised to take at least 2 print copies of the RUHS Pharmacy Registration form for future reference. It can be required anytime and anyplace during the entire admission process. 

• Candidates must fill out  the RUHS Pharmacy Application Form 2025 only with the correct and valid information. Any discrepancy can lead to disqualification from the examination.
