To modify your RRB ALP 2025 application before the deadline (May 31, 2025), follow these steps:

• Visit the Official Website: Go to rrbapply.gov.in.
• Click on Correction Link: Select “Modify Application / Correction Window”.
• Login: Enter your registration ID and password.
• Edit Allowed Fields: Update details like name, DOB, category, address, photo, signature, education, and zone preference. Some fields like name, DOB, gender, email ID, and chosen RRB cannot be changed.
• Upload Documents: Upload corrected photo, signature, or certificates if needed.
• Pay Correction Fee: Pay fees for each correction attempt.
• Submit and Save: Submit changes and download the updated form.

Candidates can submit their application forms for RRB ALP 2025 in online mode via the official website https://www.rrbapply.gov.in/. Below are the steps to successfully apply for the RRB ALP Recruitment 2025 application form.

Create Account

Open a web browser and visit the official website https://www.rrbapply.gov.in/. On the homepage, click on the link that says "Click here to apply for pay level-2 post of Assistant Loco Pilot" under CEN-01/2025 (ALP) - Link for application. A new page will open on the screen. Click on the "Apply" button and choose "Create an Account". Fill in your basic details such as:

• Personal Information
• Aadhaar Verification
• Contact Details

Create a secure password (The password should be a combination of capital letters, small letters, special characters, and numbers).

Fill Application Form

Candidates must log in using their registered mobile number, email ID, and password to complete the application form. Select the RRB region for which you wish to apply and choose the preferred posts and zones within the selected RRB. Enter all other essential details, including educational qualification information, and upload scanned images of your photograph, signature, and SC/ST certificate (if applicable) as per the required specifications. 

After entering all the required details, preview your application form to verify all the information before submission. Click on ‘Final Submission’ after confirming all details.

Pay Application Fee

After completing Step 1 and Step 2, candidates must proceed to pay the required examination fee. The payment can be made through online modes, including:

• Net Banking

A confirmation page of the online application form will be generated only after a successful payment. Download and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.

RRB ALP Application Fees 2025

To successfully submit the RRB ALP application form, candidates must pay the prescribed application fee based on their category/community. The fee must be paid online via Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI Services.

Important Note: Without payment of the prescribed application fee, the application form will not be accepted and will be summarily rejected. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, Ex-Servicemen, Female, Transgender, Minorities, or Economically Backward Class (EBC) must pay ₹250/-, while all other candidates must pay ₹500/-.

4. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)

The certificate should be in the latest format as prescribed by the Government of India. A missing or incorrect caste certificate may lead to disqualification from reserved category benefits.

5. PwD Certificate (if applicable)

For candidates applying under the Persons with Disabilities (PwD) category, a valid disability certificate from a government-recognized medical board is required. The certificate must specify the type and percentage of disability, as per RRB guidelines. Without this document, candidates cannot claim a reservation under the PwD category.

6. Recent Passport Size Photograph

A recent passport-size color photograph is required for application submission. The image should have a clear background, and the face should be clearly visible.
