RRB Group D notification instructions 2026 says, Candidates are permitted to apply to only one RRB/Railway Zone. Submitting multiple applications—either to different RRBs or the same RRB—will lead to rejection of all applications and may also result in debarment from future RRB/RRC exams
2. “Create an Account” Details Cannot Be Edited Later
Details entered during the Create an Account stage—such as name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID, and chosen Railway Zone—cannot be modified at any stage, even during the correction window. Any mistake here can permanently block your candidature.
3. Live Photo Capture Is Mandatory (No Uploaded Photos)
RRB has made live photo capturing during application compulsory. Uploading old photos, blurred images, or images not matching the live capture instructions can result in application rejection at any stage of the recruitment process

5. Educational Qualification Just Be Completed Before Last Date
Candidates awaiting final results are not eligible to apply. The required educational qualification must be fully completed on or before 02 March 2026, otherwise the application will be rejected during document verification
6. Medical Standards Are Strict – No Alternative Post
If a candidate fails the prescribed medical standard (A2, A3, B1, or C1) for the post they selected, no alternative post will be offered.
