RRB NTPC Graduate Level Vacancy 2025

RRB NTPC Graduate Level Eligibility Criteria 2025

The eligibility criteria cover Nationality, Age Limit, and Educational Qualifications, which candidates must meet as of the closing date of the application (20.11.2025).

Nationality

A candidate must be either a citizen of India, Nepal, or Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee who came to India before 01.01.1962, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from certain East African and South Asian countries with the intent of permanently settling in India.

Age Limit

The age limits are reckoned as on 01.01.2026. The age group for all posts is 18-33 years.

RRB NTPC graduate-level education qualification

Candidates must possess the minimum educational qualifications prescribed for each post from a recognized Institute/University on or before the last date of application submission, i.e., 20.11.2025. Candidates awaiting their final results are not eligible to apply. Post-wise qualification details are given in Annexure-A of the notification.

Steps to Apply Online:

• Visit the official website of the chosen RRB.

• Click on the link for "RRB NTPC Recruitment 2025 Apply Online" (CEN 06/2025).

• First-time applicants must Create an Account using basic details. Candidates who already have an account from earlier CENs must use the same credentials.

• Log in and fill out the detailed application form.

• Upload a live photograph and signature as per specifications.

• Pay the application fee (see below).

The refund of the examination fee, either Rs 400 or Rs 250, is strictly conditional upon the candidate appearing in the 1st stage Computer Based Test (CBT). If a candidate does not appear for the 1st stage CBT, the fee will not be refunded.

RRB NTPC graduate selection process 2025

The recruitment process consists of multiple stages:

1. Computer Based Tests (CBTs): This is the initial stage, and shortlisting for subsequent stages is based on merit in CBTs. There will be negative marking of 1/3rd mark for every wrong answer.

2. Computer Based Aptitude Test (CBAT) / Computer Based Typing Skill Test (CBTST): These tests are applicable only for certain posts (e.g., CBAT for Station Master/Traffic Assistant, CBTST for Junior Accounts Assistant Cum Typist/Senior Clerk Cum Typist).

3. Document Verification (DV): Candidates shortlisted from the CBTs/CBAT/CBTST will be called for Document Verification at a ratio of 1:1 of the vacancies for that RRB.

4. Medical Examination: Candidates who pass the DV will undergo a requisite medical fitness test by the Railway Administration to ensure they meet the post's medical standards.
