RRB NTPC Shift Timing

RRB NTPC Shift Timing: Candidates appearing for the RRB NTPC 2025 exam must carefully check their RRB NTPC Shift Timing. The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) will conduct the RRB NTPC CBT-1 (Undergraduate Level) exam from 7th August to 9th September 2025. There are three shifts each day.

Candidates plan the day better and avoid any last-minute rush after knowing the shift timing. Many candidates have missed their exams in the past due to shift timings or arriving late at the centre.

RRB NTPC Shift Timings

RRB NTPC 2025 exam will be held in three shifts per day. The duration of each shift is  90 minutes. Candidates have to solve 100 multiple-choice questions on the Tier 1 paper. The shift timing is available on the NPTC exam intimation slip and admit card.

Documents to Carry on RRB NTPC Exam Day

Candidates must carry the following documents and items on RRB NTPC exam day. 

  • RRB NTPC Admit Card (printout)

  • Valid Photo ID Proof: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport.

  • Passport-size Photograph

  • Self-declaration form

  • PwD Certificate 

  • COVID-19 declaration

Instructions for Candidates Appearing in RRB NTPC Exam

Candidates should follow the instructions carefully while appearing for the RRB NTPC exam. Entry will be denied if any candidate does not follow the instructions. 

  • Candidates should reach the centre 30 minutes before time.

  • Candidates will not get entry after the gate closes. 

  • Do not carry banned items like phones, smartwatches, bags, or books.

  • Wear simple clothes and avoid any accessories. It may cause delayed security checks.

  • Follow all instructions given by the authorities and strictly adhere to the guidelines printed on the admit card.
