The Railway Recruitment Board has released the RRB NTPC Undergraduate Result 2025 for the Stage-1 CBT held under CEN No. 06/2024. Over 6.32 million candidates competed for 3,445 UG-level posts, and the qualifying list has been uploaded zone-wise in PDF format.

Stage 1: Shortlisting Through RRB NTPC UG CBT 1 (Completed)

  • CBT 1 scores determine eligibility for CBT 2.

  • Cut-off marks vary for each zone and category.

If you find your roll number, you officially advance to the next stage.

Stage 2: RRB NTPC UG CBT 2 – The Main Examination

This CBT 2 Exam is the core part of the recruitment process.

Stage 3: RRB NTPC UG Typing Skill Test / Skill Test (Post-Specific)

Not all RRB NTPC UG 2025 posts require it, but important ones like:

  • Junior Clerk cum Typist

  • Accounts Clerk

  • Junior Time Keeper

require a Typing Skill Test (TST).

Typing Requirements

  • 30 wpm in English OR

  • 25 wpm in Hindi

  • Test is conducted on a computer only

This stage is qualifying in nature—no marks added.

Stage 4: RRB NTPC UG Document Verification (DV)

Only candidates securing post-wise cut-off in CBT 2 + qualifying Skill Test are called for DV.

Documents usually required

  • Class 10 and 12 certificates

  • Caste/Category certificates (if applicable)

  • Photo ID

  • Medical certificates (for PwD candidates)

  • Category-specific NOCs (if employed)

The DV list is always merit-based and zone-wise.

Stage 5: RRB NTPC Medical Examination (ME)

RRB conducts a medical test to ensure fitness for railway working conditions.

Common medical standards

  • A2, A3, B1, B2, C1 — depending on the post

  • Includes vision tests, physical fitness, and general health evaluation

Candidates must qualify medically to receive an appointment.
