CBSE 12th Supplementary Exam 2026 Revaluation Dates: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the schedule for post-result facilities for students who appeared in the Class 12 Supplementary Examination 2026. The official notice dated August 27, 2026, outlines the dates for obtaining scanned copies of evaluated answer books, verification of marks and re-evaluation.
Students who are not satisfied with their marks can first apply for a scanned copy of their evaluated answer book. After receiving the scanned copy, eligible students can apply for verification of marks, re-evaluation, or both, as per the prescribed schedule.
According to the CBSE notice, the application window for re-evaluation will open after the scanned answer book facility. The complete schedule is given below:
| Particulars | Dates | Fee |
| Scanned Copy of Evaluated Answer Book | August 31 to September 1, 2026 | ₹100 per subject |
| Verification of Marks | September 7 to September 8, 2026 | ₹100 per answer book |
| Re-evaluation | September 7 to September 8, 2026 | ₹100 per question |
| Verification + Re-evaluation | September 7 to September 8, 2026 | As applicable |
The applications will be accepted online only during the specified dates. Applications submitted after the deadline or through offline mode will not be accepted.
CBSE has divided the post-result process into two stages. In the first stage, students can request a scanned copy of the evaluated answer book for the desired subject.
In the second stage, students who have obtained the scanned copy can apply for:
Verification of marks
Re-evaluation
Both verification of marks and re-evaluation
Students are advised to carefully check their evaluated answer books before applying for the next stage.
Students can apply online for a scanned copy of their evaluated answer book from August 31, 2026, to September 1, 2026. The fee is ₹100 per subject.
The scanned copy will be provided through the candidate's login account after blocking information related to the identity of the examiner/evaluator and other officials involved in the examination process.
Students should submit the application themselves and ensure that all details entered are correct. CBSE will not be responsible for errors made by any third party.
The application window for verification of marks and re-evaluation is September 7 and 8, 2026.
Only students who have applied for and obtained the scanned copy of the evaluated answer book through the prescribed process will be eligible to apply for verification and/or re-evaluation.
Students can check their scanned answer book for possible discrepancies, including:
Whether all questions have been evaluated.
Whether marks awarded for different steps have been correctly totalled.
Whether marks in the answer book have been correctly entered on the cover page.
Whether row totals are correct.
Whether the total of the right-hand-side column is correct.
Whether the final total matches the marks displayed on the CBSE result/DigiLocker.
If a discrepancy is found, students can communicate the relevant information to CBSE as prescribed in the notice.
CBSE has specified that re-evaluation requests will be accepted only for the theory portion. Re-evaluation will be carried out for the full question and not for only a part of a question.
Before applying, students should refer to the marking scheme of the concerned subject available on the CBSE website along with the question paper. They can then identify discrepancies and submit a re-evaluation request for the required full question(s), along with reasoning.
The status of re-evaluation will be uploaded on the CBSE website. Importantly, a decrease of even one mark will be affected, and the result of re-evaluation will be final. No appeal or review against the re-evaluation will be entertained.
The fees prescribed by CBSE for the post-result facilities are:
| Facility | Fee |
| Scanned copy of evaluated answer book | ₹100 per subject |
| Verification of marks | ₹100 per answer book |
| Re-evaluation | ₹100 per question |
The complete process, including payment of the processing fee, is online. Fees can be paid through UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking. CBSE will not accept payment through Postal Order, DD, Money Order, Cheque or Cash.

A decrease in marks, even by one mark, will be implemented.
If there is a change in marks, whether an increase or decrease, the candidate may have to surrender the existing Mark Statement-cum-Certificate and will be issued a new one.
The fee will be refunded if marks increase after verification and/or re-evaluation, into the same account from which the fee was paid.
The Board's decision regarding the marks awarded will be final and binding.
Students should carefully follow the prescribed schedule and avoid relying on unverified social media posts or unofficial information. The CBSE notice advises students and parents to use official communication channels for authentic and updated information.
