How to Check CBSE Class 10 Result 2026 — All Methods

Method 1: Official CBSE Website

This is the most direct method. CBSE activated the result link on its official websites at the time of declaration.

  1. Go to one of the official CBSE result websites: cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, or cbseresults.nic.in

  2. Look for the link: 'CBSE Class 10 Result 2026' on the homepage.

  3. Click the link and enter your Roll Number, School Number, Admit Card ID, and Date of Birth.

  4. Enter the security captcha code shown on screen.

  5. Click 'Submit' — your scorecard will appear.

  6. Download and save the result. Take a printout for future reference.

Tip: Official CBSE websites often experience heavy traffic on result day. If one site is slow, try another (cbseresults.nic.in or cbse.gov.in).

Method 2: DigiLocker (Recommended)

DigiLocker is the government's official document wallet. CBSE uploaded digitally signed mark sheets directly to DigiLocker — these are legally valid documents. Checking results here is faster and more reliable than the CBSE website on result day.

  1. Visit digilocker.gov.in or download the DigiLocker app (Android / iOS).
  2. Sign in using your registered mobile number or Aadhaar-linked credentials.

  3. If you don't have an account, sign up using your mobile number.

  4. After logging in, go to 'Issued Documents'.

  5. Your CBSE Class 10 mark sheet will appear automatically if your APAAR ID is linked to CBSE.

  6. If APAAR ID is not linked, enter your Aadhaar number and CBSE roll number to fetch your documents.

  7. Download and save the digitally signed mark sheet — it is equivalent to the original.

Important:: Go to digilocker.gov.in and follow the APAAR ID generation steps. Without this, mark sheets may not appear automatically.

Method 3: UMANG App

UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) provides access to CBSE results through a mobile-friendly interface.

  1. Download the UMANG app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  2. Open the app and search for 'CBSE' in the search bar.

  3. Select 'CBSE Student Results'.

  4. Choose 'Class 10 Result 2026'.

  5. Enter your Roll Number and other required credentials.

  6. Tap 'Get Result' — your scorecard will be displayed.
